6.20.2013 – The town of Waltham boasts a great urban park named Prospect Hill with incredible views of Boston.
5.28.2013 – The first ever Boston Bike Party was, without a doubt, a huge success. Thanks to the police for joining us. Thanks to Elodie for organizing. And thanks to everyone who made it out for the ride. See you next month.
11.25.12 – I had a leisurely breakfast at Drip this morning in Five Points while my bike stood locked to a recently installed corral up the street. Not only do these installations get bikes off of trees, light posts and signs, but they also help legitimize bicycling as transportation choice. Thanks goes out to the City of Columbia for continuing to endorse active lifestyles.
10.14.12 – On an absolutely gorgeous fall afternoon this Sunday, Columbians were treated to a collection of entertaining bands at the Jam Room Music Festival on Main Street. In addition to the great music and incredible performances, there were also a number of scheduled bike rides which brought folks to the festival from spots outside the downtown area. Summit Cycles of Columbia gets a special thanks for providing free valet service to those who rode a bicycle to the event. Here’s a shot of some envy-inducing rides from the valet rack.
